Why do my uploaded photos keep rotating?

Hi, When I upload photos they suddenly rotate once uploaded!  i edit to rotate back to normal yet again they do not save and go back to the original rotation. This take up so much time please help resolve this issue ? thanks

yes i am new, the website is not live yet. However just took a look at your profile you are also a new member and have hardly any interactions. Sorry if you are an expert however I cant risk it until I see someone verified or has more activity.
