Why do my webpage colors appear muted despite having the correct HEX codes?

Creating a new page and made a new color scheme for it. However the colors appear muted compared to the image on the page despite having the same HEX codes. The black is correct in headings but not on buttons. This is the case regardless of the section ("Image with Text" and "Row"). I need the black buy button to look black, not grey. I even tried switching to the teal in my image and it still looked muted. It gives the appearance that the button isn't active. I've double checked all the options for the color scheme and still cannot fix it.

It's possible your theme is either doing some adjustment to the transparency of the button, or doing some math to alter it's contrast/brightness. We'd really need a link to that page to get a good sense of what _might_ be happening.

If you're comfortable using the debug tools in the browser inspecting that element and looking at the styles applied should give you some clues as to what's happening. This is likely what the forum members here would do if you supplied a link.

Does the page need to be live for the link to work or can I provide the
preview link?

Hi Jason, here's the page link. I've tried several fixes with my limited tech skills and am still having the same issue with colors. It doesn't matter whether I manually select the colors in the color scheme or connect it to a dynamic source (brand colors), they all appear as partially transparent.
