Why do VPN users struggle with checkout on my online store?

Hello,

Shopify customers who come to the my online store have problems. When they come to the checkout section of the store if they are using VPN app this application is open on their device, payment information is not visible. For this reason, many of my customers leave my store without purchasing my products.

I would be curious if this is happening with various VPN providers or just one?  Also, ran into an issue using a VPN provider and the Shopify Inbox/Chat tool on the client side.
