All things Shopify and commerce
I have a new customer trying to set up an account and it says that they've had too many attempts and to try later! What is going on? We are not testing. We haven't had any other customers sign up today. She isn't logging in. She is creating an account. I tried to create an account and it says the same thing. We are in different states. This is ridiculous and I can't find anything to fix it or what "try later" means. We are a small business and can't have something challenging a new customer sign up!
I'll take any ideas.
