Why does my Home Page display two vertical scroll bars after adding a new section?

Hi, after adding a new section my Home Page has suddenly developed two vertical scroll bars. We are using Empire theme 8.1.0. The home page is https://www.inspyerlighting.co.uk/ thanks

You can try this code by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Paste the below code at the bottom of the file -> Save
