My friend said this message came up when going to my store why would this come up

When navigating to your store, I was able to successfully access it on a desktop device and mobile device with no error messages or security/scam warnings.
Please see the screenshot below.
Could you share what device and browser they were using? Also, are you able to replicate the error message they're receiving? I recommend the user navigates to your website on another device, or browser or using an incognito window.
Lastly, have you thought about buying a custom domain for your store? Having a custom domain can help strengthen brand identity, and increase trust and discoverability. Once you purchase a custom domain and set it as your primary domain, customers will no longer see the .myshopify.com URL. For more information, check out our buying a domain through Shopify resource.
