My store keeps getting deleted, This must be the 5th store and I am really sick of this. I subscribe and after a day I am told my store does not exist. I contacted their support 3 times and I was redirected to Shopify Legal and they asked me to provide very sensitive data which I did after after a few days I was told the store was reactivated and verified, I go to login and I am told the shop does not exist and in it's place was a new store saying I have used up my free trial, a store I didn't even request for. I ignore this and go ahead to subscribe for this new store and set up everything and create my website upload products, being content with the store and taking it as a compensation for the lost ones and just going with it. Only for me to go back after 24 hours to see that The 'said' new store does not exist again. I reach out to support AGAIN and I get redirected to Legal AGAIN telling me to send the same sensitive documents AGAIN. I am beginning to suspect this is a scam and I am very worried for my sensitive DATA. I need to speak with a manager and I am writing for help please anybody that knows what is going on or can clarify that Shopify is not a scam. So very upset

I am sorry to hear about the issues you're facing. As a Shopify Partner, I can assist you in setting up an online store. I can easily create the account and then transfer ownership to you. I only need the Shopify URL you prefer (the name of the store) and your email address for the ownership transfer process.
