Why does my order number appear this way?

why the order number is like that ?

Was it placed via Shop App or paid via Shop?

We have similar thingy when orders are placed via Shop App - customer sees this order number as a random letter and number combination, whereas on our admin panel we see it as normal + there will be a note with that customer-facing order number (random letters+numbers).

Could be something similar.

Does it shows alright in your admin?

Nothing to worry about if you do have placed an order recently. Start worrying if you do not get that "text" they mention with the order details 🙂
