Why does my product upload fail in email automation?

Hello, every time I try to upload a product for recommendation (on Abandoned Product Browse - email automation), I keep getting this error and it only loads and doesn't upload the product/s successfully. Can someone help me please?

You can attempt to clear the cache on your browser and try the action again to see if that does the trick. In some cases, clearing the cache on your browser can fix minor issues that you may experience on the Shopify platform. 

If the issue persists, I would suggest attempting to complete this on a separate browser. For example, if you are using Safari - try this on Google Chrome.
