Why does my site say 'No Products Found' after using filters?

When I click on something on my site it says No Products Found, Use fewer Filters. 

 

I have cleared tags

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forum. I definitely understand the importance of getting this resolved, so let's sort it out together today. 

 

Can you please head to your navigation settings to ensure that you haven't selected multiple tags? You will want to go to Online Store > Navigation > Menu items > Select collection(s) you're having trouble with and ensure that there are not multiple tags selected. For context, you can filter the collection with tags to display only the products that match all of the tags that you enter. We have a great tutorial you can view here: How to Edit Menu ItemsFor reference, this is how it appears when you're linking the collection originally:
