Why does my username appear in Google search results?

Normally this would be taken from the Homepage title section in your Shopify admin under Online store > Preferences, as mentioned on our help guide here.

If you do update this section of your store, it's worth keeping in mind that it may take a bit of time until the information is passed on to Google. I'm having this same problem here. I changed my website name in preferences > "Homepage Title"

I then also changed it in the theme.liquid file "<title>Website name</title>

In Google it still shows as my name "Tom Rees - Website name"
