Why does my website say it can't process the payment due to technical reasons when I make a purchase

Hi,

The issue here is that Paypal is able to find traces of your login to Paypal from your browser/machine and because they consider the owner of the Paypal trying to supervent there system to make the payment, there API is giving this error.

Please log out of Paypal, hard clear cache, close the browser, re-open and go to your website, add the product to cart and then try to make the payment.

Best way is to use a friends phone/computer and then go to your website and try to order. If all your Paypal settings are correct, it should work. You should have never logged into Paypal from this machine.

I've tried your method and I still can't pay, I've also tried to add the cart using someone else's phone and it still shows the same unable to pay banner. Is there any chance it could be something else please?

Hi, How are you making the payment ? What card are you using to make the payment. The payment should be be done using someone else's card or paypal account.

Hope you are not using your card or your own paypal to make the payment. If your Paypal Express is setup properly (please try to login to Paypal from your own machine and complete all formalities) then this should work.
