Why does registration show my store's country instead of customer's?

When I finished my store design and everything, I asked a friend from another country to register on my store just to check if the customer's accounts option works but he said when he registered on my store his account showed the country where my store is registered which is South Korea but he is from another country. Please help me with this issue!
