I'm trying to choose a plan however it leads to a 404 error message, tried on multiple browsers and cleared cache.
I am having the same difficulties. I tried the online chat for help but had an error there as well.

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry you are experiencing a 404 error when trying to select a plan.
This was a known issue earlier today but should be all resovled now. You may need to clear all cache/cookes and browser data to create a new connection. If you are still seeing this error, please reaching out to our Support Team and they will escalate your issue to the correct team.
