Why does the dot below my slideshow vary by location?

As you can see in both pictures, sometimes the dot can be shown correctly (3 dots), and sometimes it only shows 2 dots, at first I thought it was because of my cookies issue, but even after I cleared all the cookies, the problem remained.

If I use a VPN from the US, then it will show 2 dots, and if I stop using a VPN (which means viewing by Malaysia IP), then it will show 3 dots.
