Why does the drop-down menu of website navigation display the title of the navigation bar

Hello. Why does the drop-down menu of the website show the title of the navigation bar instead of the menu I created. The content of the navigation bar click jump is wrong. The custom template in the shopify has not been changed for a long time. Why is this problem. Who can help me solve this problem, thank you.
