All things Shopify and commerce
- The New Order counter (in the left Dashboard column; screenshot attached) shows "9,999+" for a particular store I'm new to and we're trying to make it more-accurately reflect the actual new orders
- Now I'm not sure *exactly* what the order counter represents — unfulfilled orders? — but I've gone through and archived all orders before 2022 thinking this would be a quick fix to solve all the historic orders that were refunded before being fulfilled etc.
- And according the Shopify Orders report there have only been 4,000 orders for this store in 2022, but even with all order before 2022 archived the New Order counter in the top left column shows 9,999+ orders
- Has anyone got any thoughts?
