All things Shopify and commerce
When I’m done importing products from companies like, Aliexpress, Amazon, etc… through AutoDS. I start changing the prices of my products to the desired price. After that, I put up a compare at price so that it’s on sale, and I leave the cost per item unchanged. But, when I check back on it in the morning, the pricing and the cost per item all changed back to normal… Why is it that way?
Ex.:
——————————————————————————————————————————
*The original Price*
Product:
Price : 12$
Compare at price : 0.00$
(Cost per item : 9.99$)
——————————————————————————————————————————
——————————————————————————————————————————
*When I’m done editing the product*
Product:
ON SALE!
Price : 20$
Compare at price : 35$
(Cost per item : 9.99$)
——————————————————————————————————————————
——————————————————————————————————————————
*The Next Morning*
Product:
Price : 12$
Compare at price : 0.00$
(Cost per item : 9.99$)
——————————————————————————————————————————
Please Help me…..
Hey, @Grab-n-Go.
Thanks for reaching out and posting this question!
I understand that you're dropshipping with AutoDS and you're experiencing an issue where the prices are reverting back. While I'm unable to access your account on the Shopify Community to be able to identify the problem, it is possible that there's a setting within their app that is keeping the products in sync with the original listing. We'd recommend reviewing the settings for their app or contacting the app developer for further assistance - you can reach out to them directly using the contact information found at the bottom of their app's page or by contacting them through the AutoDS Help Center.
Once you've resolved this issue with the app developer, I'd love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started. What kinds of products are you dropshipping? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

Thanks for your advice, but will the experience I have on Shopify be affected I use an iPad? iPad Air 2 to be exact…
Hey, @Grab-n-Go.
Thanks for following up!
You can absolutely use the iPad Air 2 with Shopify as long as the device is running iOS 13 or higher ('What devices does Shopify POS work with?'), and you can use the Shopify mobile app or the web-based version of our platform through a browser (eg. Chrome, Safari, Firefox). That being said, the Shopify mobile app is great for quick tasks, like managing or fulfilling orders. However, you may find some tasks easier using the browser, such as when using third-party apps or customizing the theme, as the browser version is more similar to using Shopify on a computer.
Were you able to identify the issue with the reverting prices?

Were you able to find a solution to this? I'm having the same issue!
Hey, @EPCshopca.
Welcome to the thread.
If the products' prices are reverting automatically, then it's possible that there's a third-party app that's able to keep your products in sync or it's able to push an inventory feed onto your store. These types of apps may include dropshipping and inventory managements apps. Are you using an app like this?
If you are using one of these apps, then you can try reviewing the settings. Or, if you need to get help with a third-party app, then you can also reach out to the app developer using the contact information found at the bottom of their app's page. However, if you're unable to identify the issue, then we can take a closer look at your account in order to identify the problem. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to further assist you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.
Let me know if this helps resolve the issue or points you in the right direction. If you have any other questions, then don't hesitate to let me know!

hi how can i stop Adtuds auto price changing. i fixed price then automatically price changing. and also i am paying shopify subscription fee my self. and also Autods taking same bill from my accounts. that's means every months i am paying 2 times shopify subscription fee. can you help me please
Hey, @orinmart.
Thank you for joining the thread and bringing this to our attention.
It sounds like you're using AutoDS: Dropshipping & POD, and they do have a resync feature which may be reverting the prices. As for the billing issue, we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community. However, it's important to note that using AutoDS is not free and you can view their monthly costs on their app page.
That being said, if you need to get help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you. Simply reach out to them using the contact information found at the bottom of their app's page or through the AutoDS Help Center.
If you have any other questions on this topic, then don't hesitate to let me know!

Hi
now how can i stop auto price changing issue. Can you advise me please
Hey there, EPCshopca!
I was able to find an easy solution to this problem!
But the thing is, it’s only possible if you’re using a third-party provider, like, AutoDS….. If so, then, You should edit your prices and product page on the third-party provider, not on Shopify.
I hope it helped!
Hello @Grab-n-Go and @EPCshopca,
I am experiencing the same issue. Were you able to fix it? If so, what did you do to fix it?
Thanks in advance,
Eyal
Hello, @EyalD.
Thank you for joining the thread.
If you're experiencing the same issue, then it's possible that there's an app that is keeping your products in sync or pushing an inventory feed (and overwriting products) on your store as mentioned in the thread. Just to confirm, did the issue arise after installing some apps?
If so, then you can try reviewing the settings of your apps and check for any features that can sync products or push inventory feeds onto your store. If you need to get help with third-party apps, then the app developers are always available to assist you. Simply reach out to them using the contact information found at the bottom of their app pages.
If you're not sure where the issue is coming from, then it looks like we'll need to access your store in order to identify and resolve the problem. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to continue assisting you through live chats. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.
That being said, I noticed that you're a new member of our Shopify Community! Once you've resolved this issue, I'd love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started.
