i am trying to sync my products to tik tok but it is saying i need to update my warehouse adress even though it is the exact same as my tik tok adress and my store address, is there any way of sorting this problem out as i have made 2 tik tok account now and its doing the same thing
If you're using an app, I would contact them directly to ask what is the exact issue.
If that doesn't work, analyze the error message, maybe they have a reason why you need to update your address?
For example maybe your store address is not the same country as the TikTok Shop you integrated... just an example, without more information about the error message or your situation, it's impossible to know what is the problem.
I am having the same issue. Did you find a resolution?
