All things Shopify and commerce
Hi there! I was recently managing my inventory and realized some of my products were unavailable/sold out from my supplier. Therefore, I set the availability to "-1". However, when I returned to my website, it didn't say it was sold out. Consequently, I am afraid some customers might buy one of my sold-out products. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

You need to uncheck "Continue selling when out of stock" button which is located inside inventory.

It worked! Thank you so much!
Hello @PNPLEX,
To fix this issue. You need to set the inventory "0" of those products which are unavailable and uncheck the "continue selling" option for each variant of that product.
Hope it will resolve your issue.
All the best,

Hello, my primary market is USA and I have a second market that is México
USA- Does have inventory and people can buy
MEX- Some products are sold out but it doesn't appears as "sold out" and clients still can buy.
1. "Continue selling when out of stock" is uncheck so that is not the problem
2. Products that out of stock have "0" as a quantity
Do you have any solution or idea? I do not want to continue selling with no stock available in México.
Have you found a solution? I have the same issue.
Location 1 : Inventory is 0
Location 2: Inventory is 14
Location 1 does not say sold out... Does anyone have a solution?
I am tracking quantity and 'Continue selling when out of stock' is unchecked.
