Why don't total inventory counts include all locations?

We have created two new locations other than our main warehouse and have moved inventory over to those locations. My problem is the inventory we moved no longer shows up. Attached you will see the inventory from the main inventory page showing there are 4 in stock, however you will also see that we have 420 in stock in a second location. Why can we not see the total of 424 from the main inventory page? How can I fix this?
