In the past week the POS has gone down and we lost a significant number of sales because we could not process payments. This has been followed by both the front end of the online platform going down (updates not publishing) and then the admin backend going down and giving a server error.
On top of this, today I have noticed that our inventory is not updating when we are selling merchandise and when trying to connect to help, you have to select the store you are reaching out about and the connector to authenticate this is now throwing errors.
But the worst of all this? Shopify's insistence on removing telephone support unless you are a Plus customer. A giant two fingers up to clients in the name of growth and cost cutting your support overhead. No, I don't want to use your automated chat tool, it NEVER gives me the answers I want and wastes my life. Not cool!

Pay any outstanding balance.

When I click on the options to pick a store it goes to a dead page. I've tried it on multiple browsers and behavior is the same.
