Why haven't I received any updates on my H4M order?

Hi I placed an order on H4M and the only thing I received was a confirmatory SMS, I haven’t received an Email or any update regarding my order, my order number is #1892. Pls revert asap

Hi there, @Ritu6. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community regarding this order that you placed with an online business! To set some expectations for you here, though Shopify is a hosting platform that many businesses use to host their online storefronts, we don't play a role in the management of businesses that may use our platform, nor do we play a role in their customer care practices.

If you placed an order with an online store, then you will need to contact that online store directly to speak to them regarding your order. We have a help document here that is loaded up with helpful information that you can use to get in touch with the business that you've ordered from. Additionally, you can check out this blog we've written all about how to manage your online order.
