Why haven't I received my daily business payout yet?

hi i have my payout set to every business day and its been almost a week and I still haven't received my money

Since I cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics. It would be best to reach out to our live support regarding your payout by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
 
Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the payout status.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! If you navigate to Settings > Payments > View Payouts to check the status of your payout. When you view your payout status, do you see that it is displaying a pending status on the payout? As this information will allow me to assist you better.

im waiting 14 days and i havent recived a payout why is this

@AACUSTOMS  Stay far away from Shopify! The company is a complete fraud. Here is what they will do: They will let you use the platform until you start making a good amount of sales, as soon as this happens, they will block your Shopify payments account, hold your funds and provide no further information. 

They blocked our shopify payments account a month ago for no reason: no refunds, no chargebacks, etc... We have been in business for over 5 years! 

Some orders are marked by them as "paid out", but nothing has been received. There is a 10.000 USD order that shows as paid out on the order page, yet nothing was received from Shopify at all. 

Oh, and good luck talking to someone from support at all! They closed every single support channel!

Typically, you can get in touch with our live support by navigating to the Help Center. However, if you are experiencing issues with getting access to our live support using the virtual assistance on the Help Center. I encourage you to speak with our support by completing this forum here. Once you complete that forum, you should see the options to speak directly with a Support Advisor about your ongoing issue.

Currently having this problem with shopify! I went to change my bank account and when I tried to confirm the old account it says that was incorrect. After that I reached out to support to confirm it was me trying to change information and i got the error message. 2 Days later i look and see all of my payouts are on hold and whenever I reach out to support they say my issue is "escalated" but they give no timeline of when I will get my money and always give me the run around. I asked if i could speak directly to someone and they said they are not authorized to do it.

also adding to say - they say that they would have let me know that my payouts were on hold and given updates ... i have had to initiate everytime to get answers and I have received zero emails or zero information about them putting my payouts on hold.
