Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with adding pages to the shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you able to share what plan you're currently on? 

If you're not seeing the option to add Pages to the shop, I'd encourage you to confirm that you're currently on the Shopify Basic Plan. The Shopify Starter Plan is another plan that is slightly different and comes equipped with a simplified online store. With that said, this plan does not include the ability to add and/or create Pages. 

To confirm this, you can:

• Head to Settings > Plan, from the Shopify admin.
• Under Plan Details, locate the current plan the shop is on.

For more information on the Shopify Starter Plan, you can check out the plan details here. To access additional themes, you can upgrade to the Shopify Basic Plan.

If however, you have confirmed within the Plan Section of the Shopify admin that you're on our Shopify Basic Plan, please feel free to Contact Support for further investigation. Our advisors will be able to take a closer look and ensure it gets resolved.

Does this also apply for a adding a contact page? Adding a contact page is listed as one of the features of the Starter plan in de FAQ section on https://www.shopify.com/starter

Hello , I am having a similar issue. I have the basic shopify plan where I do have the option to add a page but when i add the page, and add my collections which have tagged items to it and hit save, the page doesnt show. Even though it shows in my navigation settings for the website. I have deleted the page and tried to readd the items that I want to show and hit save but the page never shows on my website.
