Hi,
Hope you have following
Hi @baby_decor ,
If you're getting traffic but not seeing sales, here are a few suggestions that might help:
Social Proof: Work on improving your social proof. The current pictures don't seem to align with your product niche, and the reviews come across as too similar, which can make them seem less trustworthy. Consider adding more diverse and genuine customer feedback.
Trust Badges: Add trust badges like "100% Secure Payment," "Easy Returns," etc., on your product pages. Including accepted payment methods in your store's footer is also important—it reassures customers and makes your store look more professional.
Product Descriptions: Ensure all your products have detailed descriptions. This is crucial for both user experience and SEO. Incorporate relevant keywords into your product titles, descriptions, and meta tags to improve visibility.
Image Quality: Improve the quality of images on your homepage and product pages. Low-quality images can detract from the perceived value of your products and may turn potential customers away.
User Testing: Ask friends or relatives who fit your target audience to review your store and provide feedback. If you don’t have anyone in your network, consider hiring individuals to navigate your site and share their insights.
Best regards,
Searchanise
Hi @baby_decor ,
I’m with Mageplaza, a Shopify solutions expert.
I’d be happy to review your website and offer suggestions to improve its performance. Here are a few recommendations to boost your conversion rate:
1. Track Cart Abandonment High cart abandonment can be a significant challenge, especially after investing in driving traffic to your site. This suggests that many potential customers are not completing their purchases, impacting your conversion rate. You can address this by sending:
2. Optimize for SEO Ensuring your web pages are properly optimized can increase organic traffic and attract more customers to your store. SEO strategies are key in driving traffic to your Shopify website. A small e-commerce store should aim for at least 1,000 visitors monthly to build a steady sales base.
Here are a few basic areas to focus on:
3. Add Promotional Sections Incorporate promotional elements such as best sellers, items on sale, and new arrivals to capture attention. Highlight the "Add to Cart" button, and make pricing and discount labels more visible to encourage purchases.
4. Banner
You should add a high-quality, eye-catching hero banner with a clear value proposition and a strong call-to-action (CTA). Highlight any ongoing sales, new arrivals, or bestsellers to catch customers' attention. Below is a reference:
5. Support section
You should move privacy policy and return policy on the footer to the navigation bar - an easy to spot position. This will address purchasing hesitation quickly and encourage them to buy your products.
Here is a reference
6. Adding review section
Reviews from others will provide customers more information about the product. It will enhance trust and provide more information regarding the product.
I hope some of my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback.
Good luck!

Hey there!
First off, it’s great that you’re driving some sessions through Pinterest! That’s a good sign that your marketing is bringing in interested people.
A couple of things you might want to check out:
Analyze User Behavior: Use tools like Shopify’s analytics or Google Analytics to see where people are dropping off in the buying process. Are they adding to cart but not checking out? Or leaving before they get that far? Identifying where they’re bouncing will give you clues about what might be the issue.
Review the Checkout Process: Sometimes, even small hiccups in the checkout flow (like shipping rates, unexpected fees, or overly complicated forms) can scare people off. You’ve probably tested it, but it never hurts to double-check if it's as smooth as possible.
Cart Abandonment Solutions: If you find that people are abandoning their carts, it could help to use an app that recovers those sales by reminding customers about what they left behind. For example, I work for a company called Cartpinion that’s designed to help businesses just like yours recover abandoned carts. You can try checking it out if that’s a problem you’re seeing.
Don’t lose hope yet! Sometimes it takes a little tweaking to turn those sessions into sales.
Best of luck!
Just took a look at your site, and it's looking very lovely.
One thing that might help turn visitors into buyers is adding a more personal touch. People love connecting with brands that feel human—it makes it easier for them to relate to your story and what you’re all about. At the moment your website is a bit 'faceless'.
