All things Shopify and commerce
Hello,
yesterday I got an email which states that my shopify store has been identified as higher-risk for potential chargebacks. I have 0 chargebacks so far and one order with middle risk? How does it make any sense that my shop has been identified as higher-risk for potential chargebacks?
If anyone from the community has a solution to it or the support team please help! Thank you very much for the help and service!
Best regards,
Yan Kai
Happened to me today too, although we don't have any problems.
The reason is simple:
20% of the turnover of all Shopify customers is a free billion credit.
The real reason? That’s exactly what @Nudelkoch mentioned. They are just legally stealing money from legit businesses.
