Why is customer data missing in my store orders?

Hey everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with a specific Shopify Store where customer data such as name, email and phone number isn't returning properly in orders. I've checked permissions and tested on other stores where this isn't a problem. Has anyone else faced this or have any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

Never heard of that happening to anyone.  We don't have access to the checkout code to screw that up.  Are there some third party apps on the site?  I would look there as there shouldn't be any problems with the system.  I guess if it's a Plus store maybe someone could have messed with the code and fouled it up.

Hey guys, just adding some context, previously I forgot to give some details.

I've developed an app for Shopify stores where users can get insights about their sales. I retrieve orders data from the Shopify API, and one of my users is encountering an issue where the orders aren't returning customer data.

The permissions for this store are the same as for other stores' users that I have.
