If you have an urgent manner that the reps who answers the phone can’t help you with you will be waiting 24-48, sometimes 72 hours for an EMAIL!
  • My store was wrongfully terminated, my only source of income was shut down, without warning, without a chance to redeem and FIX what they claimed to had been wrong with it, and  what they CALIMED to had been an issue is legal in the United States. Per my lawyer. They terminated my site and within 20 mins of receiving the email I responded to get with NO RESPONSE! All of the Shopify reps in the Trust & Safety department need to wake up one day and lose their job. Just have their job and income WIPED AWAY! Leave them stuck with no source of income, no way to redeem themselves, no answers and **bleep** confused as to how they’re gonna put food on the table for their families table the way they did me!

Well, they somehow unsent the termination email they sent me, it can’t be found in my emails anywhere. However I did screenshot it. It is attached to my original post.

I totally agree Shopify has horrible customer service.  Their Terms and Conditions are in favour to their company only and no body has the authority to handle critical situation.  

 

Anyone who is interested to subscribe Shopify should really think twice and search for alternatives.

Mine happened the same, even i upload all documents to proof that I am a legit and legal business with all papers. The unprofessional person handling my case call Raoul

DO NOT WORK WITH SHOPIFY. We have not even launched our website yet, and already have had the worst experience. Shopify promotes themselves as a solution for all sizes of Business, including small businesses, with excellent customer service. This cannot be further from the truth. The sales reps will tell you anything to get you to sign the contract and then will leave you high and dry after you sign. We signed contracts for 3 companies (2 existing and 1 new brand we were planning to launch) and after signing, we didn’t hear anything from Shopify. We were promised that a launch specialist would reach out to us to guide us through and support us through the migration, but it has been 2 months since signing and no one has reached out despite multiple attempts. We had to make a tough decision to not launch the new brand, and Shopify refused to let us out of that portion of the contract even though NO work had been performed on their end and the company was no longer going to be in existence. We were told by multiple parties that this could be taken care of as long as we provided certain details, which we did, only to find out after many back and forth emails that our request was denied. We tried to compromise with them and switch the new brand to an extra site for our existing brand, and they also refused to do that. So basically, we have an entire website for a brand that is never going to go into existence that they refuse to let us use for anything. Talk about desperate to collect money. We also still have not been connected to anyone to help us with our POS hardware. No one who can perform any work returns emails. We now have a “manager” involved to help us with issues. She still is unable to do anything about the extra site, but has promised us a launch specialist and someone to help with the POS. It has been over 24 hours since she connected with us, and we still have not been assigned a launch specialist or anyone to help us with the POS system. Their customer service is atrocious, and I would not recommend this system to anyone! We will not be renewing their services when our contracts expire, and I imagine this is the same for many other companies.
