Why is my 1099 significantly higher than my net payout?

My 1099 received this year is way off and it is impossible to get help with this.  I have contacted support through chat and was told someone would be getting back to me but have not heard anything and tax filing is due tomorrow.  My 1099 was greater than my gross for the year, and about 15% higher than my net payout!
