Why is my account being terminated if I own the brand?

Received a email yesterday morning randomly that my account is going to be terminated and shopify can no longer host my store because products we sell may have not been authorised by the brand owner ? 

we are the brand owners and we make all of our products with our own brand on it? I don’t understand how this makes any sense. 

We have returning customers, a registered business number with the government yet somehow we are being terminated just randomly?!

 

i don’t know what to do cause no one’s has replied to the email I received. Just one morning they decided to shut our business down, no chance to appeal, request a review or nothing. Just a 5 day notice that our account is being closed. Unbelievable.

If you're confident that your products are authorized, it's understandable that receiving a notice of account termination would be concerning and frustrating. I would recommend replying to the email you've received to get more information on why your account is being terminated. It's important to provide any evidence or documentation that you have to support your claim that your products are yours, and that you are the brand owner. Please reply to that email directly as they will be able to provide more context to you or next steps and allow some time for them to respond.

I have replied to the email, 2 times now and I still have not received a response… I actually cannot fathom how my store was terminated with no word of a warning. Expected much more from shopify.

Has anyone ever gotten a response back from the risk team, I've read alot of these and Noone ever seams to get a response from them

Ok, so I'm really new at this ( putting together a website ) I tried and it sucked, so I purchased one from a shopify partner site, then less than 24 hours after opening my account was terminated, So I just wondering,  I replied to the email with all the documents they wanted and it's been about a week now, I'm just wondering if I'm wasting my time and need to move to Wix to continue my store ,
