Why is my account showing as inactive despite being in trial period?

My account shows inactive. I logged into the account this morning and by this afternoon it showed inactive. The system showed I still had one day left in the trial period. I am using the correct sign-in information. How can I reactivate my account?

Thanks for reaching out. 
Since we are unable to authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to view the specifics of the store. In this case, I would suggest bringing this to the attention of our live support to allow us to advise further. 
With that being said, you can get in touch directly with a Support Advisor by navigating to the Help Center
Once you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with Support and you will be connected accordingly.
