Why is my account shut down out of sudden the email says 'violation of AUP'

I'm just getting start and I rent a office invested over $10000 into this, the whole bussiness was depending on this shop and this is just outrage, all I got was I violate some kind of policy and no more explanation what so ever, I can't even reach out to the team that handling this issue, I try to fill the form to appeal but it shows no appealable decision, what should I do?
