Why is my admin page not functioning?

Hey , I can't access to my shopify admin page , it says page not working 

I've tried to clear cache on chrome browser , but it didn't work 

I've check my shopify status and there weren't any issues 

I've tried using another browser , and it didn't work 

I don't know what to do

Hi @Marely01! Thanks for reaching out here. I would like to fully rule out a local device or browser issue first off, I know you mentioned clearing cache/cookies and also using a different browser which is a great first step. Would you mind also trying these steps for me and let me know if these work:

• Try on another web browser or an incognito window.   
• When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.    
• Try another device or on the Shopify Mobile app.
• Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)  
• Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.   
• Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device

If this still does not resolve the issue - could you please share with me a screenshot co the exact error you see when you attempt to login please? This will help me to know the best next steps to take. Thank you! - Ivy

@robatspite I think that this is currently a temporary problem, since the error occurs with several people at the same time. Best to wait a bit and try again in a few minutes.

This seems like a Shopify-wide outage issue coz it's happening to my friends' admin page as well. Check here to see that issue: shopifystatus dot com. Sent me into panic-mode a few minutes earlier!

I am experiencing the same issue at the moment, there is a high volume of people with the same problem so I would assume it is coming from Shopify itself. They will fix this ASAP, in the meantime, good luck to all!
