Why is my basic plan payment failing on Shopify?

To whom it may concern,

Past two days while we are making basic plan payment to Shopify and there are some issues. The payments are getting failed which is done through UPI without any proper reason. There is no response from the website after we approve the autopay from upi .

Kindly reply us the solution about this issue and if have shopify support number which we can explain the issue.

Yes, I had the same problem with UPI.
