Why is my business verification not responding on the payment page?

Hello, I am trying to verify my business to use payments but when I enter the right information and press submit the page doesn’t reload and it doesn’t submit. I have tried refreshing and using different devices but it won’t load. It is freezes or doesn’t respond on the “I need to submit additional details” page. I have entered the correct business type and SSN but it won’t submit. Any fixes?

@RXYALD Might just be an error on Shopify. You can wait for probably an hour and then try again. If the error persists, please contact Shopify Support.
