Why is my Buy Button moving to the right edge in a certain browser window size?

There is an apparent formatting error with the Buy Button. When the browser window is between 688 and 1199 pixels wide, the Buy Button is no longer centered, but moves to the right edge of the container. Code is not editable by the user.

First image shows uncentered Buy Button. Inspector shows the CSS property that affects position.

Second image shows center positioning is fixed when CSS property is unchecked in the inspector.
