Hello,

 

my website is www.pkmshop.de

 

The average number of visitors per day is 300, the number of orders is 10, but the Abandoned Checkouts rate is 50% or even over 100% in some days.

 

I'm sure it's a technical problem because some customers are not able to successfully confirm their order despite trying several times.

 

In addition, another customer wrote to me in an e-mail that he could not complete the order due to the error "We are unable to deliver to your region", whereas I operate in Germany and all my customers on Abandoned Checkouts have stated the same address in Germany!

 

I request you to investigate why I am encountering so many Abandoned Checkouts.

Hey, i am currently having the same exact problem. I am also from germany and i also had a customer saying he could not checkout due to "technical issues". Were you able to fix the problem? Kind regards
