Hello same issue on my end, what is the problem?
there is a screenshot please tell me what's a problem
Thanks for this reply - it looks as though wither this card does not meet the requirements listed above, or the information is being input incorrectly. To get clarification on this I would advise reaching out to your bank and checking that the card meets all requirements listed above. Thank you.

It is not a bank problem dear, Ivy. I am getting the same error when I try to replace my payment card. I am 1000% sure my card details are correct. I am using that card for many operations. Recently my other shop got closed but I didn't even buy a custom domain and sold anything, I was customizing. I didn't receive any email before or after why my shop was closed. But most importantly just right before I was trying to replace my payment card in that store I received a server error many times. And after a few minutes my store shut down. There is definitely an anomaly on your side not on the customers. And please stop trying to find problems on the customer side. Instead of being platform to help people build their system, Shopify acts tyrannical. This is what happens when you trust and put all the things on one platform. I wrote to customer support about this and they opened a ticket for this issue. But I haven't received any update. Luckily I wasn't selling yet. Can't imagine the horrible situation when I already spent money and hours building my store and customer base. I will write about this on other platforms as well to inform users to make decisions beforehand.
I am having this same issue. I am trying to setup my 2nd store using the same card as my first store. Have tried multiple times, with multiple cards. This is not on my end, this is on shopify's end. The card(S) meet all the qualifications for shopify payments. Is there any resolution to this issue? Thinking about porting everyhting over to wix squarespace if this cant be resolved.
Why my card is been rejected please resolve the issue
Hello, @Ismaeel00
If you are 100% sure you meet all these requirements, then it is worth reahcing out to your bank for their advice on next steps. Thank you!

I am facing the exact same issue. I have spoken to American Express and everything at my end is in order and they have mentioned it's Shopify's issue at their end. Can you please check. I have fulfilled all of your above criteria.
