Hi! I hope someone could help met with my csv uploading problem.
I have uploaded 57 products to my shopify product list. However, not everything is uploading and I dont understand why not.
I believe it has something to do with the rows per product and the variant options in combinations with the amount of images I would like to add.
For example Boja dress 1 one size and 3 date ranges, however I want to upload 5 images. So I need 5 rows for the product.
Could someone check my csv file and see what I am doing wrong?
I hope someone could help me!
Best regards
Juliette
Hi @Juliettevdwerf,
CSV files can be a little tricky at first, so everyone trips up occasionally with them. Don't worry - you'll get more comfortable with this as time goes on!
You should avoid editing the format of the CSV because Shopify's system only accepts the exact format. So we have a guide to adding multiple images via CSV. You'll notice that the first rule is that
your product images must be uploaded to a publicly accessible URL.
You can do this by uploading files to the Files section of your store. The URL generated from that is recognized by the CSV file. We also have FAQs for CSVs https://bit.ly/3L29vKr that you may find useful.
If you have further questions, please let me know!

In case you are trying to add images in bulk using a CSV file, you need to remember that importing a CSV file sorted by a spreadsheet editor such as Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers might cause your products to be removed from their relevant image links on the CSV. Your product's images will be lost.
If you need software to manage your feed, you can use our app Nabu for Google Shopping Feed, which hundreds of merchants use to manage their feed across all platforms.

I've seen this happen before - it's often a problem with CSV formatting or hidden characters. Make sure that all column headers match the Shopify template exactly and save the https://puningroup.com/ file in UTF-8 format. This has helped me many times.
