Why is my domain already managed by another store on Shopify?

hello,

this message appeared when i press on connect the existing domain or transfer to shopify : 

"Domain already managed by Shopify on another store"

although i buy it from this shopify store and i don't have another one , i buy it from two weeks and i can't connect it to my store and not shown in the domain list.

Based on the error message, it looks like the domain you've purchased on Shopify may be previously connected to a different store on Shopify and it needs to be disconnected by our support team. In order to resolve the issue, we will need to authenticate you as the owner and access your account.  While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to further assist you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.

 

Once you've resolved the issue with your domain, I'd love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started. What kinds of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?
