Why is my domain still showing SSL pending and not secure?

Hi i am the owner of noregretsworldwide.store basically at first the domain wasn’t working but then fixed the name and a record

but i didnt have a www record so anyways it was showing a error for wildcard dns so someone told me to remove it from pointing to shopify now it just shows ssl pending but its been like that for several days please when i try to open the website its empty it just says skip to content and its not secure
