Why is my e-commerce store being terminated without warning?

Hello all, I received an email this morning saying my store will be terminated in 5 days with no word of warning. I honestly expected a lot more from such a big e commerce company. No warning, or not once did they reach out to me to try have it resolved or ask any questions. Just an instant email with termination. I’d like to have it resolved if anyone’s been through this or can help ?

In cases like this, we recommend replying directly to the email as this will go straight to the internal team dealing with this. If you have already sent an email, it can take up to 72 hours to receive a response. But rest assured, our team will contact you after replying directly to the email you've been sent!

How am I meant to wait a week if I have 5 days until my store is shut down? Wouldn’t that deem it useless since my store will be shut?

I have responded to the email over a week ago and still have not heard back from them. I called support twice and they haven’t been able to offer any help but say wait for a reply.
