Why is my ecommerce platform not working on 08/08/2022?

i have a problem with my shopify it's down and their is a message said "There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our Status page for updates and try again later."

and their is no issue so 

also i can't reach the support cuz it's keep making me  back to the homepage

Hello Community,

I am unable to click "Add to cart" when I'm changing Product Variants ("Sizes" in my case).

You can only click "Add to cart" on the first visit of the product page and it automatically selects the first variant which is size "S" (Screenshot 1). Whenever you switch sizes it shows a greyed out "Add to cart" button and a block sign when hovering over it. (Screenshot 2)

I didn't have before this problem before, but recently I noticed that it didn't work properly anymore. So I think it might be a miscode or something.

I am using Dawn Theme by the way

Regard your concern about cannot click Add to cart button when changed variant. Please help me to check if your product variation in stock or not. That is greyed out might be because of your product has sold out and cannot add more item to the cart.

You can check by > Shopify Admin > Product > Product name > check the stock

Shopify knows that errors are just human nature, so we have provided a way to undo changes made to a code file in your theme over time. Rather than trying to re-implement your product code, my first suggestion is to try rolling back your .liquid files individually to a time and date before you made the changes.

• From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

• Find the theme you want to edit, and then click Actions > Edit code.

• Click on one of the files under the relevant folder in which you want to undo changes.

• Click Older versions next to the file name

After unsuccessfully trying to create a discount code, the shopify backend only throws errors.

I can't login anymore and I can't even contact Shopify support:
After selecting the shop, I get the message that the shop wasn't found or was moved.

I removed all cookies, logged in again - even with another browser - same error.

Anyone from shopify here able to help?

and a link to "contact support"

so I click on "contact support' and it takes me to a log in for my page - which I then click on - and it just takes me round in circles back to the same message!!!!!

My website is live when I check, but I can't get into my store to see orders etc.

Any help at all would be great

Hi - Same issue here! I can't authenticate to get support. It says can't find page when I try to log in to my admin page. 

I DM on Shopify's support twitter. 

I'll update this if I hear anything back.

We cannot even login as it gives an error. To make matters worst all options to contact support is redirected to the contact support start up page as you cannot get hold of a support agent or log a query. How are we suppose to contact support if they have removed the support options. When will this issue be resolved.

Occasionally Shopify's admin goes down. Looks like everything is up and working now according to the Shopify Status page. Next time this happens you can always check here - https://www.shopifystatus.com/ to see if its a know issue.
