Why is my ecommerce platform not working on 08/08/2022?

i have a problem with my shopify it's down and their is a message said "There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our Status page for updates and try again later."

and their is no issue so 

also i can't reach the support cuz it's keep making me  back to the homepage

Hi,

When I try to connect to my backoffice store I have an error returned that say : 

The page you’re looking for could not be found

When I try to contact the assistance and select my shopify store it says that that shop can't be found. 

I was on product edition when this happened. Can you help please ? It's for my clients..

I can't access my store, when logging in I'm selecting my store to login and getting a message

And when trying to contact support I have to select my account but then I get a message saying "

"We couldn't find that page

I have the same issue. I found their e-mail support@shopify.com and got a response:

Looks like a lot people had the same problem.

Next time this happens you can always check here - https://www.shopifystatus.com/ to see if its a know issue.

I also checked this and it said no known issues.. But now I have access again, fortunately it was just a temporary issue.

It seems to happen everything couple of months and it's normally fixed 10 minutes to and hour.

I ran into an issue tonight when I tried to login my store, and I'm kind of freaking out! When I try to login, I get taken to a non-branded page that just says "The page you are looking for could not be found". Then, when I tried to login to my store to contact support, I got a message saying "that store doesn't exist". However, my website is still live. I have another store, and I could successfully login to that store, so I don't think there is anything wrong with my browser or Shopify connection in general.

If anyone from Shopify or someone else who has had this issue can help me I would be greatly appreciative!

Shopify seems to be down for a lot of us! We all seem to be trying the same steps to fix this issue however no not having luck.

If anyone knows/figures out how to get the site working again and back to normal please keep updated!

I was trying to log in via google however when i tried with Microsoft edge instead i managed to get in , hopefully they resolve this soon. and this also helps you Liata
