Hey there.

You need to work on your marketing, lead generation. I replied to let you know some of the traffic that you are receiving can simply be bots (Google bot, other bots that try to harvest data). High number of visitor doesn't translate to high sale.

While having a great store is vital to success, I think your marketing and strategy is equally if not more important. It is easy to get too focused on the store design, features, products etc but if you're not driving quality traffic to the store sales will never happen.

My advice:

-Work with an expert to setup social media and other online ad campaigns
-Make sure images, titles etc are SEO optimized, pages load quickly
-Promotions, Discounts, Etc (Give customers an incentive to try something new)
-Make sure you are competitive in terms of quality or price compared to similar brands
-How is your sales funnel? Is it a quick & smooth transition from landing page to completed purchase?

There are a lot of factors, but when people have a decent design and are getting clicks but not sales I usually assume it is due to lack of advertising or poor targeting. There is a reason they sell ads by CPC (cost per click), it's easy for facebook, google, etc to drive hundreds of thousands of people to click an ad, but if they are not your target audience it won't have much effect on sales.

You also need to take into account average conversion rate is probably 1-4% for a good ecommerce store, usually closer to 1-2%, so 10k people out of billions online is not that much traffic especially if over an extended period of time.

Based on that average, if everything went perfectly (1-4% conversion rate) you'd make 100-400 sales on 10k visits, which is probably unrealistic. My point in all this is, marketing is very important and a real skill that takes time to develop which is why I usually recommend new stores have a professional handle their ad campaigns to start. I am no sales expert though. Good luck!

Don’t give up yet. Those 10k visitors could’ve been from anything and maybe the 10,001th visitor was supposed to convert for you.

Also interesting choice of name for the website lol
