Hi, @Chillin. Thanks for your patience. Our Community forums will take a bit longer to receive replies as it's asynchronous, but we do have live chat, callback and email support available if you find yourself waiting more than you'd like.
Onwards to the URL you posted, though 😊
There isn't a store for gethighandbake.myshopify.com. The specific type of unavailable page gave me a hint at this, I see these in our support queues once in a while and this could be due to misspellings, incorrect characters, or missing characters in the URL.
If you're logged in you can head into Online Store > Domains and see the spelling of your store domain there under the Shopify managed domains. If you have any special characters (i.e dashes or underscores) in between words or letters you'll want to make note of that.
Take a peek at your domains in your admin and see if you've got the correct URL to your store.

Your 'store name', or domain, cannot be changed once it is bought - you cannot remove dashes from a purchased URL. This is the domain you paid for and it is non-refundable, non-editable. You will have to buy a new domain without the dashes in it, if you want that
If someone searches 'get high and bake store', if your store url has dashes in it, this won't affect their search. They won't need to type 'get-high-and-bake' to find it.

Hi, @Chillin!
My name is Lilith, I'm on the Social Care team at Shopify.
This does sound odd. Without a link to your store, I'm not able to view what you might be seeing.
Normally if a site shows the screen that your store is unavailable, you won't have access to view the admin right away after logging in.
If you missed any bill payments, this can cause the issue sometimes. However, if you logged in and paid your bill before entering your admin, you'll see the storefront immediately again.
What I recommend is to first make sure that you have the most up to date browser and also to clear your cache.
Have you also tried to view your site on a different device?
Let me know how you do with the information above!

Thank you for clarifying this for me. I can get to my store using the dashes.
It appears my store name has dashes between the words, how can I remove them? I do not want the search for my store to contain the dashes people will only put in the words.

thank you that is all I needed to know. Regards,
@Chillin great question!
What @masaoumi mentioned in their reply is definitely correct and a great explanation of how that works.
It's also good to remember that having a custom domain is a far better, low cost, and more influential way to build a good brand.
We do have a great guide on managing domains as well to help you manage them on Shopify!

Is there any products shopify don't accept
@Fachmann this is a question that is not related to the original post. To get more eyes on your topics in the Shopify Community be sure to start a new topic if your post doesn't quite fit into another topic.
That said, there are some products that are not allowed to be sold on the platform and those can be determined by reading our Acceptable Use Policy and Shopify's Terms of Service on our legal pages. However, if you're using a payment processor to process credit cards on your site you're going to need to check their legal terms and policy on what products they allow to be sold using their credit card processing systems. If you're eligible to use Shopify Payments, there are specific legal Terms of Service pages for different countries as well. The reason that these are different policies to check is that our platform is able to accommodate a larger range of products, but payment processors you connect with may be limited if the banks that partner with them have stricter rules.
Those are 2 different areas to make sure you comply with in order to have a business working seamlessly.
