Hello, @TheWebShed!

When it comes to issues related to the Google Ads account, we don't have any visibility on our side as to the context or reasoning behind the suspension.

You have taken all of the right steps by submitting an appeal, and from previous cases where others have done the same, we have seen that it is normal for merchants to experience a wait time before Google responds.

In the meantime, you can review the Google Ads Policies here to see if there is something there that may be relevant to you in this case.

Aside from the Google issues, how is your business going so far? I would be happy to see if I can offer you any other advice here.

Thank you Lana, business is poor, because it's Christmas time and I cannot
get in front of the customers.
I have read the policies and every page about it. No Joy.
I submitted review request 3 week's ago, no Joy.
I think, it's time for Google to get some competition 😉

What other things can you help with?

Sorry to hear that it has been tough!

When you say you cannot get in front of customers, do you mean that your store is mainly a brick and mortar?

It can take time to get established online, but once you get started, you're already on the right track.

Here are some suggestions for work that can be done in the meantime:

Content creation

Approach this from a creative side - make sure to have a social media presence on all relevant platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok, and dedicate the accounts to your store and products. For example, any trends that you're noticing on those platforms, such as meme formats can be worked into your niche and be made relevant for your products.

Exploiting these trends is a great idea as it makes you more likely to get exposure in the form of a viral video, and that way potential customers can get to know your store.

Partnerships/Sponsorships

If creating content isn't enough, another way to boost this is through collaborations with already established content creators. This can be done via offering either payment for exposure, or the product itself for free - and the creators can connect with their audience and talk about your business.

These are just some ideas, and with some creativity they can be applied to any niche.

On that topic, what sort of products are you selling?

Thanks for sharing!

Looks like you have done some really good work, your store is really easy to navigate and the products look great.

It's now time for some personal touches - I have noticed that you're not currently displaying your logo, even though your profile picture here on the forums looks like it would be a great fit, if it isn't already your decided logo.

Depending on your theme the way to add your logo may be slightly different, but generally this can be done by opening your Theme editor, and on the left hand side in the Header section, you should see an option to Upload logo.

Here is a guide from our Shopify Blog on Store Design, just to give you some more ideas and tips.
