Hello, I created store in Shopify for doing Dropshipping after 2 days my store is showing in active i don't know why. I done everything like subscribe the plan. After inactive I got the Gmail that they ask for some details like Inventory proof so If I doing Dropshipping then how I provide inventory proof they asking for business licence I don't have any business licence I provide all details and explain everything but no results. And also they don't give me a reason why my store is Frozen or Inactive. Kindly help me to active my Store. My gmail is 07nextokart@gmail.com
