Can I please talk to a human being on the phone?
Our shopify account is being deleted for absolutely unknown reasons. Filled out attestations, responded to every email trying to discuss situation.
We are just a small business, absolutely baffled by what is happening to our account.

If you've replied to the attestation email, and have continued to communicate with the team on the other end of the email, then you're following the proper steps. It's best that if you have any questions, that you write them in a reply to the team that sent the attestation email as they should be able to provide you with answers to your questions.
